In 2010, FAAR Concept, under the direction of architect Fahrettin Aykut, designed a residence for advertising executive Serdar Erener and singer-songwriter Nil Karaibrahimgil in Istanbul's historic Akaretler neighborhood. The 370-square-meter home reflects a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and the area's rich architectural heritage.
