Club Marvy

Escape from Everyday Life

Details

Club Marvy, originally a 30-year-old holiday village, has undergone a comprehensive transformation under the direction of FAAR Concept. The project involved stripping the existing structures down to their reinforced concrete foundations, with the addition of a new 10,000-square-meter building. FAAR Concept managed the entire process, from the initial concept and design to construction and project management. Spanning 176 acres with two bays, the resort now offers 442 rooms and approximately 47,000 square meters of indoor space.

The design respects the region’s Aegean heritage, incorporating traditional architectural elements and local craftsmanship. Ancient techniques, such as mosaic flooring and village plastering, were revived and executed by skilled local artisans on-site. The project places great emphasis on authenticity, with all interior accessories crafted using local, antique, and traditional methods.

The integration of locally sourced materials and production techniques ensures that Club Marvy not only preserves the historical and cultural identity of the area but also offers a modern, luxurious experience rooted in its natural surroundings.
